According to the year stored in the NoteWorthy Composer (.nwc) file which I used to make "original excerpt", which is 16 seconds long, I composed it in 2000.  In it, my idea of "beautiful" music includes dissonances because, although I composed it with a chamber setting in mind, I based it on light popular sounds of near-mid 20th century.
